Letter from the Breckinridge County (Ky.) Campaign Committee Chairwoman, Mr. Floyd Clements, urging the recipient, an "influential" Republican woman, to make sure voters get to the polls. Road conditions were poor because of large amounts of rain in Breckinridge County (Ky.). It also notes that King Swope was running for governor.
